Welcome to PipeToChat. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PipeToChat service operated by AP Resourcing Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using PipeToChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use PipeToChat.
1.1. PipeToChat is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that connects your Pipedrive CRM account with Google Chat, delivering real-time notifications to your team when important updates occur in your Pipedrive deals.
1.2. The service processes deal events from Pipedrive and sends configurable alerts to designated Google Chat spaces.
1.3. PipeToChat acts as an intermediary between Pipedrive and Google Chat and requires you to authorise access to both platforms.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use PipeToChat.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3. Each PipeToChat subscription includes one administrator account. The administrator is responsible for configuring the service and managing integrations.
2.4. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.
2.5. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.1. PipeToChat integrates with third-party services, specifically Pipedrive and Google Chat/Google Workspace. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
3.2. By using PipeToChat, you authorise us to access your Pipedrive account data (including deals, contacts, and activities) and to send messages to your designated Google Chat spaces on your behalf.
3.3. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and authority to connect your organisation’s Pipedrive and Google Workspace accounts to PipeToChat.
3.4. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or limitations imposed by Pipedrive or Google that may affect the functionality of PipeToChat.
4.1. PipeToChat offers paid subscription plans. Current pricing is:
4.2. We offer a one-month free trial that does not require a credit card. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service.
4.3. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.4. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
4.5. We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before taking effect and will apply from your next billing cycle.
5.1. You may request a refund at any time by contacting us.
5.2. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of your subscription period. The refund amount equals the subscription fee multiplied by the proportion of the subscription period remaining from the date of your cancellation request.
5.3. For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after 9 months, you would receive a refund for the remaining 3 months (25% of the annual fee).
5.4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the refund request being approved.
5.5. The free trial period is not eligible for refunds as no payment is taken.
6.1. You agree to use PipeToChat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

7.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
7.2. PipeToChat processes data from your Pipedrive account solely for the purpose of delivering notifications to Google Chat. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7.3. We retain different types of data for different periods:

8.1. PipeToChat, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the property of AP Resourcing Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PipeToChat for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
8.3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
8.4. You retain all rights to your data. By using PipeToChat, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely as necessary to provide the service.
9.1. We strive to maintain high availability of PipeToChat but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PipeToChat at any time. For material changes that negatively affect functionality, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
9.3. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability or modifications.
10.1. PipeToChat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10.2. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
10.3. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data processed through the service.
10.4. The functionality of PipeToChat depends on third-party services (Pipedrive and Google Chat) over which we have no control.
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AP Resourcing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
11.2. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of PipeToChat shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, unless you request an immediate cancellation with a pro-rata refund.
12.2. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
12.3. Upon termination:

13.2. Your continued use of PipeToChat after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.3. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and may request a pro-rata refund.
14.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PipeToChat shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.3. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
15.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
15.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AP Resourcing Ltd regarding your use of PipeToChat.
15.4. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
